How do I book a service?

You can book a service by calling us at (647) 355-5466, using our online booking form, or through our website. Simply select your service, choose a convenient time, and provide your contact information.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule your appointment by calling us at least 24 hours in advance. We'll work with you to find a new time that works for your schedule.

Do you offer same-day service?

Yes, we offer same-day service for urgent repairs and emergencies. Availability depends on our current schedule, but we do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

Pricing & Payment

How much do your services cost?

Our service costs vary depending on the type of work needed. We provide free estimates for most jobs and our rates start from $65 for cleaning services, $75 for handyman services, and $89 for plumbing services.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfer. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes, we provide free estimates for most jobs. For complex projects, we may charge a small consultation fee that will be applied to your final bill if you choose to proceed.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding communities including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Vaughan, Markham, and Richmond Hill.

Do you charge extra for travel?

We include travel within our service areas in our standard rates. For locations outside our primary service area, there may be a small travel fee which we'll discuss with you before booking.

Do you offer warranties on your work?

Yes, we provide warranties on all our work. The warranty period varies by service type, but we stand behind our quality workmanship and will return to fix any issues covered under warranty.

What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with our work, we'll return within 24 hours to address any concerns at no additional charge.
